Great for Stress Reduction They recommend this supplement for brain help as well as stress reduction. I think it does what it supposed to do. I needed it soy free and Swanson has it. I think this is an expensive supplement, but Swanson has the best price. June 21, 2013
Met my requirements I wanted a soy free version of this supplement. Product was what I wanted. I do not make product recommendations to others, regardless of how much I like something. April 23, 2013
Was taking another form of this supplement that was soy based. Was not happy with it and wanted to try another option. Have been very happy with soy free option! Have had good benefits from it as well. March 10, 2013
works My memory recall is much improved with this product. I especially like the fact that it is "soy free" especially when I know that supposedly 80 to 90 percent of soy in the US now has been genetically modified which may have unintended negative results over the long haul. August 11, 2012
