Memories Like most people who are getting on in age I don't think my memory is what it used to be; but then neither is anything else. And so in the past I have tried a few supplements to hopefully improve my memory, and the only one that has had a noticeable improvement is Phosphatidyl Serine. And it is surprising how much easier life is when you can remember where you left your keys, also it does not bother my sensitive stomach. March 30, 2012
