great source of magnesium
Magnesium is necessary for hundreds of essential functions in the human body, yet most people are (often seriously) deficient. Personally, it was the first supplement that resulted in a significant and observable improvement in my fatigue. NOW Food's magnesium citrate powder has none of the fillers used in making tablets. It has a pleasant sour flavor even just mixed with water, although I usually add it to a vitamin/mineral/banana/yogurt smoothie. Very cost efficient in powder form. Note: magnesium is available in various forms -- avoid magnesium oxide (the cheapest and most common) as it is poorly absorbed.

followed the reviews
i read several reviews here on swanson about swansons brand not dissolving so i ordered the now brand and as the other reviews said, it dissolves well and the taste is not bad

Smooth and Tart!
This is my new go-to brand of magnesium. Excellent bioavailable citrate form, and since it's powder, you can spoon out the custom amount you actually need each day. I split up the dose equally with all my meals. This is very smooth and dissolves easily and quickly in water, and its taste is quite tart, just the way a good magnesium citrate should be!

This product works but tastes so bad I just can't take it. Otherwise I wouldn't mind it.

NOW Brands Rock
I attended a feel better live longer kind of workshop.
I learned if you take your supplements iin powder form that the nutrients are quicker to be absorbed by the body. Magnesium is great for memory, assisting with regularity because of the high dosage of calcium (Now Powder too) that I take and a host of other things. It is fresh, mixes well and tastes a little like a sprite soft drink because it is Magnesium Citrate. Give it a go because Swanson has a fairly liberal return policy and their customer service reps have always been consistently efficient, polite and accommodating to me over the many years.

A no additives supplement :-)
A product with no additives is hard to find so once found you keep coming back. Yes I'm a repeat buyer of this supplement due to there being no additives!
