Wouldn't Go Without It This is a daily staple for my husband and myself. My husband uses it for improved cardiovascular health, According to Dr. Erik Braverman, it feeds every cell in the body and protects cells from oxidation. Assists Memory I bought Now's Lecithin capsules for their Phosphatidyl Choline content which supports memory. The price is great for the quantity. I have noticed a significant difference in memory assistance. Another good thing is they are Non-GMO. These softgels, like all Lecithin softgels, are big in size (sort of like Fish Oil softgels), but are not a problem to swallow. I take 3 softgels twice a day with food. Great quality and effective. One of the problems with some Lecithin is melting capsules. These do not melt of degrade. I can get a large supply and they stay in great condition down to the end. Thanks for a good product at a good price. February 15, 2012
