Not very beneficial
I will keep looking for a better Hyaluronic with MSM, as this one does seem to do anything for me.

I've been taking this for years
Why? There's been to many tests that show positive results not to. All I know is I feel great and will continue to use this and NOW is unbeatable,so far, for reliability and Swansons is the best place for price.

Very Beneficial Supplement For My Joints And Skin!
I love this supplement. I have taken glucosamine/chondroitin for years before trying this supplement eight months ago. I stopped taking the other after finding this more effective for my joint health. As an added bonus my skin looks better too. I am happy that it includes MSM. The pills are much more pleasant to swallow than the glucosamine!
I know this isn't the cheapest supplement but it is effective for me. I do however only take one per day, bottle says take two. Took about three-four weeks till I can say I felt a difference.

It Works!
After researching the benefits of this product, I was very pleased to find that it did make a difference! It has lived up to my expectations and beyond. I felt a difference within two days. This is a must have for me.

I'm new to this!
I've just started to take this so cannot really adequately assess its effectiveness. I'm taking it to complement my Glucosamine. Just wanting to keep these joints of mine well oiled.
