NOW Ginger Oil is steam-distilled from dried root. Ginger Oil is 100% pure and has a spicy, warm aroma. For a variation add 1 drop each of ginger oil and orange oil; and 2 drops of sandalwood oil blend to a diffuser and enjoy.

Ingredients: 100% pure ginger oil.

Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant or lactating, consult your healthcare practitioner before using.

Extraction Method: Steam Distilled from dried root.

Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.

Best essential oil! Best brand of essential oils out here!!! May 7, 2013

Not what I expected This ginger oil has an odd smell. I was expecting the lively, bright, spicy scent of fresh ginger. However, this smells more like old, almost moldy, ginger. It has a very musty odor that, I believe, is from the outer skin of the root. There are different extraction methods, and this smells like the oil was extracted from unpeeled ginger. I like the other essential oils from this brand, but I will not be purchasing this one again. March 6, 2013
