Poor packaging
I have taken green tea supplements for many years. After reading The Four Hour Body I became more concerned about the actual ECGC level. This brand reported a high ECGC and seemed to be a value. My main complaint is the packaging of the product. The container had a high amount of loose tea powder which coated each capsule. The carelessness of this manufacturer makes me question their quality.

I have been taking this product for 6 mos. now,I have had good results in as much as I feel energized in the morning,I also have a green tea drink in the afternoon! I am happy with this product!

I think I made the right choice
The problem with review reminders is that they come way too early to be able to give a reasonable trial review.
That said, I know that there is a good selection of EGCg out there and this is just the first one we are trying.
I bought it to work synergistically with another important supplement my husband takes and I think it is working moderately well.
I am considering doubling the amount next week just to be able to compare.
Will I buy this particulay brand of the product again? Yes.
Will I try other brands of the same thing? Probably.

Another one of those supplements where you can't really tell if it's doing anything, but you take on a leap of faith :)
Been taking 2 of these a day for over a year. No problems so far.
