Not sure!
I bought this product because it was recommended to help metabolize other supplements I take. I haven't noticed any difference, but I assume it's doing it's job. I'll give it an A.

Great Energy Booster!
This is the only brand of DMG I've tried, but I've experienced a noticeable increase in my energy level, mental focus, and endurance/strength while exercising. It is the only non-stimulant supplement (e.g., caffeine, ephedra, etc.) that I've experienced this with, and DMG seems to work better with a more natural energy boost.
I had been experiencing quite a bit of fatigue in my legs from my sprint/elliptical workout combined with repetitive stair climbing at work each day. It was pure drudgery climbing the stairs by the end of the week. By the second day of taking DMG it was literally a breeze, with only a slight muscle burn after reaching the top flight. I've been taking between 3 to 5 capsules per day. I'm truly amazed at the results I've experienced so far! I highly recommend it...especially for such a cheap price!
