Convenient capsule No allergies - except we think that Dad's body does reject Vit C and this Calcium - it depends on the source. He may be allergic to that type - had to stop taking it, but my son likes it better than the powder calcium - goes down easier! It seems fairly pure and eaasy to take. January 19, 2013
