Great for homemade cleaning products
My awareness of harmful chemicals in household cleaning products has brought me to research online on how to make my own! One ingredient is Citric Acid which isn't easy to find. Here it is, I use it in my homemade dishwasher soap, it works great and no harmful ingredients. Thank you!

This works great for cleansing hair
Whether it's a waxy, oily buildup or pollution buildup that yellows light-colored hair, all you need is 1/2 tsp citric acid mixed with your shampoo, and the buildup is gone! 10 drops of tea tree added for waxy/oily hair takes it out the first time. pollution-stained hair takes several cleanses. Just put mixture into hair, wait 5-10 minutes in steamy shower, and rinse. It doesn't dry out your hair - you probably wont need the usual dose of conditioner. Hair feels so soft!
