Excellent! Great value! I take a synthetic b-vitamin to help get through my 16 hr shifts at my job.... It depends on choline to really give you that extra boost in energy and focus. Taking for Memory Support I take Now's Choline & Inositol along with their Lecithin softgels for memory support. They are of good quality and effective. Large capsules, but are easy to swallow. I take 1 cap with breakfast and 1 with lunch or dinner for a total of 500 mg. of each nutrient. The first week I experienced vivid dreams, but that has subsided. November 11, 2012
