Liquid Calcium
I have some issues with calcium supplement absorption in tablet form. I find that these soft gels work much better for me, plus this product includes magnesium and D for assimilation. I like to alternate with another soft gel supplement that Swanson's offers. Would like to see more selections too.

Effective Combination of Calcium with Magnesium
I have found that the combination of Calcium with 1/3 Magnesium really allows it to be effective. I have lived with calcium deficiency and my body tells me when it is out of calcium. This combination keeps my body feeling fine longer.
I would wish that they were a bit smaller, or came in a dry capsule. They do slide down easily, but they are a bit big.

One of my faborites
This supplement is at the top of my FAVORITES
I stopped taking it for several months one time. Then during one of my massage therapy appointments, my massage therapist mentioned that Magnesium should help me. I tracked my massages prior to taking this, then after taking, then after I'd stopped taking. Let's just say, this product works for me. Of course, I still love to go for massages, but - now it's becuase I want to - not because I have to. :)

Horse pills
I like that this products contains Calcium Magnesium + D3 but they are so darn big you have to take 3 of them to get the ingredients. If there only was a multi vitimin that had 100% of all the stuff you need in a couple tabs a day instead of taking a dozen different things a day. I guess you can't have everything.

Works wonders for me
I've been using this product for 2+ years. Swanson has excellent prices. I get my calcium, magnesium & Vitamin D all in one (as I have an allergy dairy it helps me get my RDA of calcium & D). I personally have found that I get more benefits from a soft gel or liquid medication or supplement. Pills are a bit large but easily swallowed.

Good Value
Best price on a Ca supplement that doesn't have nasty additives like Magnesium Sterate or Titanium Dioxide - it is hard to find! It is nice that it also has Mg and Zn. The only drawback is that the Ca is citrate and carbonate - it would be nice if it was all citrate.

Excellent Calcium/Magnesium supplement
I feel really good about taking this supplement to get my much needed calcium and magnesium as I love Now Foods brand vitamins and supplements and Swanson's price on them can't be beat. I do take this at night as it can make you calm and kind of drowsy.
