What I like about this product are a few particular things. First, that Now Foods is an agressive line price wise and from having some dealings with the company directly, my impression is they are thoughtful about manufacturing and raw material sourcing. In terms of the product itself, it is offering the highest GDU activity I'm aware of in a veggie capsule. I tend to believe capsules are better absorbed then tablets and capsules actually cost more then tablets too produce. Tablets are an art form to produce well, where as capsules are easier to produce with consistent results. I used to think of Now Foods as a second tier line and now I'm pretty impressed with the quality and price point they seem to have through most of there product line.

This didn't work as well as I expected.
I even doubled the dose. Didn't do much for me.

Dependable
Since I'm unable to get Swanson's brand of this item, I've had to purchase Now Foods' instead; hence the 4 leaves rather than 5 leaves value rating. Otherwise, I used this brand before coming over to Swanson's, and it had been highly dependable for my sinus needs. I can really tell when I haven't taken it, so that right there tells you of its efficacy!
