I don't eat a lot of foods that have biotin in it so I take this supplement and I'm not disappointed. It seems to give me the energy I've been lacking. My hair is growing faster and my nails are growing longer and they are much stronger. I first started using Biotin a few months ago and I noticed the difference within the first couple of weeks. Even my eyelashes grew! When I ran out, I didn't re-order for a while and the results went away. I have since placed another order and will continue to take this product. September 23, 2010
