Easy Energy Boost
I buy these for my mom and my son. They both take these on a daily bases and being in individuals packets they are easy to carry and use them throughout the day if needed. My mom is 84 and works out at a gym and my son works 12 hour shifts so when they need an extra boost they tear off the end and put under their tongue. They like the taste and reminds them of sweet tarts or sour candies. I tried them but don't feel I need them.

Extra Boost
I do lawn work, spraying, mowing, etc and run out of energy especially when the Oklahoma heat is high. This product works very well for me, i take it in the morning and whenever I am dragging a bit. It works very fast, taste good, i mix it in with my drink or juice. It melts quickly. I have recommended this product to my co-workers due to them having the same symptoms.

Love this product!
I've been using Now's B-12 instant energy packets for about 4 months now and I love it. I can mix the packets in with smoothies, yogurt or my morning oatmeal and it really gets my day off to a great start. I can see a difference in energy levels and my ability to focus, it's a great product and I really like Now brands.

Love this!
Convenient little packets you can take with you. I add to my water bottle with some TrueLemon. Gives you a little boost of energy, just about enough to perk you up without jitters or any other bad side effects.

Will repurchase!
These are so convenient to keep in my purse. I spill one pack into my water (with a true lemon pack cause I like a little sour) and it seems to rev up my energy when I feel I'm dragging. No jitters or anything, just a gentle feeling like maybe I took a nap and was revived. Thank goodness it's NOT sweetened with sucralose!

Good energy booster
I add this to water to increase my energy level during work-outs. It adds a punch (not a great punch, but enough that you can feel the difference).

I use this to add to smoothies as customers request energy support; it's non-tasting, but because it's a vitamin supplement, the energy is gradual. It's a good product. i use it in juices as well. I've not tried it in water.
