Poor Quality Product I started researching vitamin B12 on the internet and this stuff is made from a chemical that the body is hard to utilize and needs to use energy from your body in order to use it resulting in feeling tired. This is as quoted B12 as cyanocobalamin = cheap B12 as hydroxycobalamin or methylcobalamin = quality September 27, 2010
