NOW Foods Arnica Warming Relief Massage Oil captures the natural essence of arnica. Set in a base of olive oil, this deep-penetrating massage oil features potent Arnica, in addition to a perfect collection of essential oils and other natural extracts. Arnica Warming Massage Oil is perfect after a busy day or a strenuous workout, and can also be used as a daily skin softener.

Ingredients: Sunflower Seed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Arnica Oil (Arnica montana), Aroma Oil Blend [Organic Lavender Oil, Lemon Oil, Palmarosa Oil, Natural Vanilla Fragrance, Wintergreen Oil] and Vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopherol).

Suggested Use: Massage desired amount of Arnica Warming Relief Massage Oil onto any area of the body that needs relief from muscle tension, aches or pains. Apply the oil 2-3 times a day as needed, until the muscle tension is relieved. Keep away from sensitive areas, and do not ingest.

Caution: For external use only. Arnica can cause allergic dermatitis with extended use or in sensitive persons. Not to be used on open wounds or broken skin.

OK but Weleda is better I was hoping to save some money by using this product instead of the Weleda brand that I normally use. You get what you pay for, it was ok but not as effective. Doesn't seem to have as much arnica in the product and does an ok job but not great. March 27, 2013
Nice aroma and soothing massage oil This is my first purchase and I love this massage oil. I have been searching for similar product but can't find any good priced one in the healthcare stores in my city (Hong Kong). As I almost use it daily to massage after exercises or running, the oil has to be easy to blend and have a good aroma. This one satisfies all! March 13, 2013
