good oil
I bought this oil to put in salad. It suppose to be very healthy. However, I'm using it now as body oil, after shower. I'm not sure if I can eat it.

Great for the kids
I use this oil on my kids, and myself. Its great because its all natural. When I used other lotions on my sons skin he would say "sting sting", but now he really likes to get oil on after a bath. This oil also works great for the long winter months!

My 2nd favorite oil
My #1 choice is Avocado oil and this one is lighter. It's great for after shower all over the body use.

soothes my winter skin
My skin gets so dry and even good lotion doesn't last 24 hours but using this over the lotion makes a wonderful difference. I use it on my face also and it's really nice more moisturizing.

Good Product
Oil is light weight, doesn't absorb into the skin very well unfortunately. I plan to use it in my next batch of lotions I make so it won't go to waste. The dispensing cap is not really meant for oil. The oil ends up everywhere and puts out more that I want at a time. A different cap would be better.

Great For Face, Skin and Hot Oil Treatment.
I decided to try natural oils about 18 months ago and have tried many. I really like the Now Brand. This is one of my favorites for body, face and hair along with almond oil, & grapeseed oil. ( I LOVE rose hip seed oil and Swanson's squalane oil for face) This doesn't have much of a scent. I put it on after a shower on wet skin, you just need a little. It is very moisturizing but it is a little greasy and takes a minute to sink in. I also put a couple teaspoons in my body wash and that works great. It is the best hot oil treatment. I have fine hair and this shampoos out cleanly. You only need a couple teaspoons on dry hair and put on plastic cap. Then shampoo and condition. I also have put in a small amount on dry hair, combed it through and slept with it in and washed/cond. my hair in the morning. It makes my hair super shiny. I didn't like coconut, avocado oil for my skin or face, it left my hair limp even after shampooing twice. (I do love it for cooking.)
The 16 ounce bottle is very long lasting and an excellent value from Swansons.

great skin care
This Apriol Kernel Oil has helped my dry skin more than any other product I have ever tried. My skin is sooth and soft not dry and rough.

I liked this oil. It is very moisturizing and soaks in good. I put in on my face in morning and night. Rub it into my hands, actually all over where skin gets dry. A little greasy at first, but just keep rubbing. Does seem to diminishe the wrinkles a bit on the face. Good to know that there is nothing harmful in it. And the price is right.

Good for skin
Swansons has a huge product line to surf and find that overwhelming. I am just 15 mos into really trying supplementation for health. One of a few good finds I've made is that the Apricot Kernel Oil sure is good for skin, just as the product description says. I do not have dry skin, so I do not tend to need moisture after a shower, even in winter. But I use it on my face and wrinkles diminish. Plus, I feel good about it being nutrition that soaks into my skin and not a skin cream with a list of ingredients too hard to pronounce. I've heard it said, "If you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin." This is the direction I am trying to go and this oil helps me.

Great Moisturizer
I put this oil in a glass spray bottle with 1/4 part water, shake it up and spray on after a shower. It sinks into the skin fairly quickly if you don't over do it. Apricot Kernel Oil is a great moisturizer and wrinkle fighter, just be careful, mosquitoes will think you smell good!
