NOW Anise Oil has a distinct licorice-like aroma. It has been enjoyed by Egyptian, Greek and Roman cultures for centuries. NOW Anise Oil is 100% pure and natural, mixes well with sandalwood, lavender and orange oils, and is steam distilled from Anise seeds. Gluten free.

Ingredients: 100% pure star anise oil.

Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant or lactating, consult your healthcare practitioner before using. Not for internal use.

Great value This oil is great quality and value. It has a sweet licorice-like aroma that is fairly long lasting. On its own, it can be a little sharp and overpowering, so I like to blend it with other oils to make a unique scent. March 6, 2013

Good product I have many of the NOW essential oils & love them. So many uses. If you are going to try essential oils, it is best to buy a book or get some sort of chart that tells you how to use them. July 31, 2009
