Great Product! I take these Amino Acids about 30-45 minutes before my workout, whether I do weights or cardio. It's a good insurance policy for ensuring I get all the aminos I need , because sometimes I don't eat as much protein throughout the day as I probably should. Best Amino I'm not sure why but these blow away other brands. Maybe it's the added B-6 but these make me feel wonderful, give me so much energy and grow my hair and nails like mad - maybe too much! I've tried taking a B-6 along with other brands of Amino Acids but it's not the same. I take two daily and probably will for the rest of my life. September 9, 2009
