Rated 5 out of 5 Natural Vitamin C
If you're looking for a NATURAL source of Vitamin C at an affordable price, this is it. Look at the amount of Acerola per teaspoon... equal to seven(7) 500 mg capsules.

Yes folks, this is real vitamin C, and my body knows the difference. I like the taste of this powder when mixed with water; the only problem is getting it to mix... but that's OK, I'm willing to work with that for real vitamin C. Very good value. I have heard that real C like this is more bio-available to the body and thus much lower milligrams are needed to accomplish the protective effects when compared with ascorbic acid; also, Acerola is probably less acidifying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by John7100 One of my favorites. I would rather buy this product from Swanson as I trust them more (Swanson currently does not offer in powder form).

Rated 4 out of 5 by thesupplementman Cheap, and works great
This product has mixed reviews because of the added ingredients, but it's one of the most, if not THE most effective Vitamin C powder I've ever taken. It's rich in phytochemicals as well, and has a nice, dark red color to it when mixed in water. The antioxidant properties of it reach far beyond the Vitamin C it offers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ahimsa Gross new formula
They have diluted this vitamin c powder with more filler (maltodextrin?) It used to be that you got more nutrients for the 1tsp suggested serving size, now there are less nutrients for 1 1/2 tsp serving size....?!?! Perhaps they are trying to increase profit by using less acerola and more filler? I wouldn't have such an issue with this (because the numbers are fairly close) but this new formula is all lumpy when mixed into water - it doesn't dissolve well at all and has a funny taste. I'd recommend buying another vitamin c powder.
