Good probiotic
It has a good culture count and isn't rough on the the stomach or the intestinal tract. No complaints; I find this to be an all around good product.

This is a Keeper
A really good solid probiotic. I've tried a bunch of different probioitcs and this is the one I've settled on. I think it is better than much more expensive brands. I take one of these capsules once or twice per day plus a little tiny bit of a capsule of a multi-strain probiotic (like Lee Swanson Ultimate Probiotic) because they say those are good for you, too. It works for me.

not as good as i had hoped
i switched to this brand thinking it should be much stronger than the brand i was using. I should only have to take 1 daily for the same effect as 3 of my old brand. I found after some trial and error that i still need at least 2 a day. I don't think it is as strong as it claims. It's probably still a good product but just as good as i had hoped and it claims.

THE RIGHT PROBIOTIC BALANCE
This is the right combination of Acidophilus and Bifidus for most people most of the time. I take one capsule two or three times daily. I frequently recommend this product.

More powerful than I realized
You only need one/day because its pretty powerful. Taking it once, 2 times/day, I couldn't figure out why I was so loose in the bowels, and realized I had went from 3 Billion to 8 billion. When I reduced back to once/day, everything is good. Very effective in keeping me regular.

Probiotics are important to health...I would recommend anyone to take them on a daily basis. These are affordable enough to do so.
