Low on Dhea
My blood test results showed that I was low on DHEA and after researching I found that 7-Keto replaces this. My blood test results show improved DHEA levels. Also, my energy levels have improved. I will continue to take this supplement.

Works like magic
I've been using this product for over a year now and have found that it definately helps me maintain a healthy weight without having to do a lot of strenuos exercise. Combined with a healthy diet and a little excerise, I've been able to keep my weight steady, even during those lazy winter months when I am less active. I would highly recommend this product.

Amazing Product
This is an amazing product. I am more energetic and this product does not cause massive acne breakouts on my back and face like the regular DHEA does.

Doesn't work for me
I thought that this product would boost my metabolism, but it has not. I am on my second bottle and have not noticed even a little bit of difference. Maybe it works for younger folks. I will not re-order.

Loving 7-Keto
I have been involved in a Health Challenge with my sisters since January 8, 2012. I have been counting calories, exercising and taking supplements since the beginning. About 4 weeks ago, after hearing about 7-keto, I decided to add it to my daily routine. I did not make any other changes. My diet and exercise routine stayed the same. I was averaging weight loss of less then 1 lbs per week before the 7-keto. Since adding the 7-keto, I am averaging 2.3 lbs per week. I am SOLD. I recommended that my sister give it a try as she was struggling to lose a 1/2 lb per week. I had a bottle shipped to her as a birthday gift. She has only been on it a 4 days but reported to me today that she has already lost 1.1 lb this week. Now she is SOLD to. Thank you Swanson for having this product in stock for all of us that are truely working hard to lose weight but were struggling to see results.
