I have no idea if this product is working-- I guess it's just one of those things that you just have to trust that it's working because you can't actually SEE the results... I just wish that it had more than just 14 capsules in it, because it's super expensive - I could get cranberry & cinnamon separately for cheaper than this product! Easy to swallow though. I know it's high qualtiy, too, because I trust the NWC brand. May 7, 2010
