I just started my second bottle. I see an improvement with less wrinkles and softer skin. I had read it can help the lining of the stomach and intestines, but I was surprised it helped in another area I hadn't expected - having to do with the female body.

Historically proven benefits
When I read the description of how Sea Buckthorn has been used by traditional herbalists since ancient times, and then read about how wounded horses instinctively sought out the plant; I knew this was something I should try. And after using it for a month, I was thrilled with how much better my skin looked. Now I am also seeing improvement in other areas, which were not mentioned in the literature. So I cannot say enough good things about this product; and I intend to continue using it regularly.

I use other skin nutrients, this is the best.
Although I am not about to stop using biotin, Injuv and the others, this product produced some distinct improvements over the first month. I am an RN (BSN) and have done a lot of research on nutrition and supplementation over the years. Skin is our largest organ and far more important to our health than many realize. It has been one of my lifelong challenges because my stress levels produce skin problems over any other organ.
Omega 7 certainly did not make everything disappear, but the improvement over the first month was very noticeable and not attributable to anything else. There is a medical term for skin called turgor. It has to do with how healthy the skin is - thickness, hydration, firmness and the ability to resist mild to moderate damage- it adds up to smoother healthier skin. Mine improved much more than I expected, I have used all the other Omegas for over a decade and they also help, but not this much.
One thing I am curious if anyone else has noticed. It seems odd but not impossible that a skin supplement could do this. Over the last 10 years (46 -56) I had been having the feminine aging experience of more mustache, chin and neck hairs to pluck. Depilatories are too strong and irritate my skin. Electrolysis was very expensive, time consuming and somewhat useless because the number of hairs increases every year. I'd rather pluck than wax.
When I started realizing how much less I was plucking every day, it did not occur this could be due to the supplement . Towards the end of the month, I made the connection and the trend to fewer and fewer hairs to pluck continued. I couldn't order more at that time. Over the last month the number has gone up just a little - probably due to the cyclical nature of hair growth. But not as significantly as it went down. I used to spend at least 30 minutes a day. It went down to 5 and has gone up to 10 some days.
Just ordered my second bottle. Thanks to Swanson for offering it in the larger amount.

Beautiful skin...
I have only used one bottle of this and I already notice a difference in my skin. It seems more supple and moist. I take other supplements too but this is the only one I've added recently...so I know it is this that is working.
