Suggested Use: Your best bet is to start with a small serving of Rhodiola rosea-for example, one 100-milligram capsule 30 minutes before breakfast-and observe how your system responds. If you notice no effect after 3 days, then add another capsule 30 minutes before lunch. Once you feel more energetic or you see some improvement in your mood, mental alertness, memory, or physical endurance, stay at the same serving for at least 3 weeks to determine how much benefit you get. If you think that you need a slightly bigger boost, add a third capsule before breakfast, then wait another 3 to 7 days before-if necessary-adding a fourth capsule before lunch.
