Holy Basil I have used New Chapter's Holy Basil off & on for years. I was excited to find it here @ Swanson's for a great price. This herb has helped me tremendously in various ways over the years. Now I am at the end of menopause but from time to time have a fitful nights sleep. Taking Holy Basil in the evening helps in calming down & getting a more restful night sleep. Holy Basil is an Aruvidic herb thus it can be hard to find information about it from conventional sources. Try it you won't be disappointed. July 15, 2009
