Best Ginger Ale Ever This tonic of ginger and honey, added to sparkling mineral water, makes a superior ginger ale. A teaspoon (or less) to 6 oz. of soda is all you need. It's a great 'pick-me-upper' during those mid afternoon sleepy slumps. We find all New Chapter products are top-knotch and well worth the extra money. March 7, 2011
