Terrible stomach pains; not for me.
I'm the kind of person who takes many, many supplements. I'm the one with the 20 odd capsules and tablets at the breakfast table, and I rarely have any trouble with them. The only other supplement I've ever had to be wary of in terms of stomach sensitivity I've actually reviewed favorably here. This one, however, was just not for me. It honestly gave me the worst stomachaches; I'm not kidding--serious discomfort. I carefully did a supplement "elimination diet" to figure out what newly ordered supplements were the problem and sure enough, these are the culprit. My rating is strictly based on my bad experience with them, and frankly, I've only read one other reviewer who noted "gas" as an issue. That wasn't my issue; I was in pain. Not good. I decided to write this review because I assume I'm not the only one who has or will experience this will these tablets, and I just wanted others to be forewarned. It's a shame; I was really hoping to add these to my hair and skin health regime.

Great Product
This is a truly wonderful find -- it allows great flexibility of joints. I am a very active person, and at 60 years of age, I don't mind giving myself a little help. This product does exactly what it says; plus it is very economical!!!

Wonderful Product
I have been using this product over the last year or so and I can see an improvement in skin texture and brightness.
I had stopped it for a few months and I knew I had to get it back! My skin started to look dull.

This is my second bottle purchase and these have been great. I have notice difference on my skin, and hair and nail. I look better when taking these supplements.

Looking young
I am a young guy, 25 and I take this daily to make myself look good and believe it or not, my skin complexity looks great.
Takes about a week to a week and half to see results, but hey its damm welll worth it.

Worth a try
Pros:
I have been using this for a little over 2 wks and have noticed moist softer skin, and stronger longer nails. I have not noticed any new growth in hair yet but it is to early in the game. I do take the powder every other day but I believe this one gives me better benefits so will only buy this from now on. I take it on an empty stomach 3 in the morning, 3 in the day, and 3 at night. Now, I do not take the HA with it yet but will try it out.
Cons:
Will notice a little breath order and after taste in your mouth.
Can experience gas
In telling you this the pros out weight the cons because I just use a mint breath spray and for gas have started taking enzymes which has help me. Again I have noticed moist , smooth skin and stronger longer nails in only a little over two weeks. I can not wait to see more benefits :-)

great value
I am 60 years of age and try to stay generally in good health. I have been a suppliment taker since a child. As a adult I realize the wisdom of supplimenting. The truth is I just like the way I feel. In this day everyone wants the best bang for the buck. I got over two times the pills for less than buying them at the store and that included shipping. I also saved the cost, time, and hassle of driving and shopping. WOW! Lets just say I'm Happy.

Fabulous for the skin
This product has remarkable ability to improve skin texture and thickness. We used this product with L-cysteine and the results are such that even the medical specialists told us to keep using it as they had nothing better to offer.

Had been using the powder
In a morning shake. This is more convenient. Best with vit c and hylaronic acid, wait half hour before eating. Very helpful for joints. My friend who also uses it sees a big difference and loves it.
