Worthwhile for me. My family doctor had me taking collagen for several years but I only quickly read the suggested use and not the fine print. In helping someone else I read the entire label and at the end it said taking HA with collagen is beneficial. Since this was something new to me I researched it and found out how important it is and added it to the program. It has helped me and I can notice a difference but it did take about a month. I bought my first bottle elsewhere but was happy to see it on Swanson's site and at a better price. August 4, 2012
