I am able to really sleep Valerian root is one of natures gifts. I don't know how this works, but I can experience a good deep sleep. This herb relaxes me enough so that I experience interesting dreams. Not only that but it seems that the night lasts longer. At times I wake up as if I have slept for many hours, looking at the clock to see that it is still early! Thank you Providence for this wonderful gift.
