not great I didn't know what to expect, having never taken this before. It was supposed to be a "bowel tonic" and I heard it would help "regulate" things. It seemed to work for the first few days then stopped working. Doesn't help at all unless I take over the recommended dose. I won't be buying it again. March 26, 2013
