Recommendation: Take one (1) Perika tablet with water three times daily at mealtimes. This dosage has been confirmed in recent clinical research. Benefits are best realized after 2-4 weeks of regular usage.

meh I read that this st. john's wort outperforms the others, so I had high hopes for it. However, it was no better than swanson's version that I tried, which is cheaper than this one. I would not buy again, but maybe it would work for someone better than me, so I would still recommend it because I believe in st. john's wort! April 10, 2012
