Great breakfast shake!
I bought this because I am not really a breakfast person but wanted something protein rich to start the day with. I mix it with a packet of orange flavor energy drink mix (Crystal light variety) and it gives it a wonderful "creamsicle" taste! Even I can enjoy that for breakfast!

Love this product
Have been using this product for six months and it really helped controlling my hunger. Lost 17 lbs over a few months....

metabolic reset
Very good product. I have tried many of meal replacements and this one is my favorite. Mixes great and flavor is good. I blend it with spinach , ice , and sugar free syrup . great for anyone who loves shakes. also mixes well in shaker bottle.

Very Effective & Tastes Great. Poor packaging.
My wife and I have tried several brands of meal replacement and weight loss shakes. This is the first brand we found that we didn't need to add anything to make it taste good. But, it mixes with everything really well (yogurt, fruit, juices, etc.). Beyond that, it's very filling. I will not feel hungry again for 3-4 hours, especially if you add some yogurt, etc. Other shakes often wore off in 2-3 hours.
My only complaint is the packaging. It's a huge tub using a lot of plastic. But, it's only about 1/3 full of powder. Big waste and Swanson seems to take longer to ship it too. Other things always come quicker.
The price per serving is also higher than some of the other shake options out there (About $1.75 per serving). So, something to consider if you just want to get the job done and taste is not a big deal (i.e. Spirutein for example. Cheaper, but taste is blah).
But, overall an awesome shake. Chocolate is good too.

Reset
I really like this product, I have it every day for breakfast, I add my favorite fruit with it, like blueberries and bananas and it makes a very nourishing drink. It also controles my appertite.

Great tasting & effective product
I love the quality and effectiveness of this product to help curb appetite and make you feel full. It is also high in fiber & protein which is good. It is all natural and doesn't contain artificial sweeteners or sugar. For a great tasting meal replacement, you can't beat it.

Reset Vanilla Good Product
Been using for about two weeks, find it feeling and useful for meal replacement.. i use no sugar added apple or orange juices add blue berries ,strawberries, and other fruits, i mix enough in the blender and place in the refrigerator.. and just place back on the blender when it separates and drink it the next morning for breakfast or if i get hungry@ anytime during the day. I have lost 4lbs. I not sure if it's from reSet only, because i also have taken a few slimstyles supplements...but over all it's okay, i'll give it some time to work and see if i'll try it again

Not sold on this one...
Wanted to give this product a try and compare to slightly more expensive competitor product. Have to say I'm disappointed with this product as have been using for about 3 weeks now and find that it does not decrease my appetite, it actually seems to INCREASE my appetite as within 1 hour of drinking this I feel as if I am starving! Also, the fiber in this product is very noticeable and easily FELT while drinking the product. I find that the competitor product satisfied my hunger cravings by far better and much easier to drink wtih only slightly less fiber than this product.

best drink powder
I've been using this product for almost one year. It's the only nutritional shake powder I've ever good about using. It's sweetened with xylitol, has the maximum protein and fiber for the least calories, and is vegetarian. It's full of assorted vitamins and minerals, and other healthful supplements. I even mix it into drinks from Starbucks or Jamba Juice.

Wonderful breakfast
I LOVE this shake. It is delicious. I put 8 oz. of skim milk and 2 scoops of powder in my shaker and hand mix. This keeps me full for at least 3 hours. It has to be filling in order for you not to get hungry so there needs to be "a full feeling".

Good taste, great meal replacer
As part of my weight loss regimen, I often substitute a shake made with Metabolic reSet, soy milk, flax meal and a banana. It keeps me full and satisfied until lunch. Another bonus: if you are in a hurry, a jigger or two of the powder mixes well with milk using just a spoon. Tastes great! I don't get flavor boredom with the vanilla as I might with chocolate and strawberry, because you can mix it with various fruit to vary the taste.

Metabolic Reset not for me...
The Metabolic Reset is a decent product, but not for me. It made me feel too bloated and uncomfortable. I think there are better products on the market to aid in resetting metabolism.

Excellent product
I ordered this product because it met the requirements of a reduction plan I am on.
It is good tasting mixes easily using my bullet and tastes good. I am going to have to try the other flavors. I bought vanilla and use berries and fruits to change the flavor. It did not stall my weight loss which was a concern with some of the other powders.
