As good as it gets I am taking the CLA to help reduce belly fat and it is working, but I am also working. I walk or do the treadmill three times a week and work out with a personal trainer twice a week.. Personal training includes a tough abdominal routine. So CLA + exercise is the the key. CLA I have taken store purchased CLA before, but have not used it for long, as it is so expensive. Anywhere you read, it is said that CLA is very good in helping with the elimination of belly fat.
