Calms my hormones
My mom recommends this for any women going through menopause. I sarted taking it since I was feeling "very b++++y!" The smallest thing would set me off. I'm not going through meopause but my hormones seem calm now or at least leveled out! I have to take it every day. I notice if go two days without it, my hormones are going nuts and I am feeling B+++++ again! My husband noticed a difference in me within a few days of taking it and he said he loves my new attitude adjusment! LOL.

Menopause or Period relief - it helps!
I don't know if I am starting menopause or not but I have been having some "issues". To be blunt, I am pretty much having "that time of the month" for three weeks out of the month and this has fixed that problem. I do take the recommended 3 AM and 3 PM which is a lot, but I would rather do that than live in misery! This stuff is cheap so you should just try it - I knew within a few weeks that it was a godsend for me.

its all about hot flashes
And, perhaps, the old herbs are the best after all. For me, and, in me, I can say the amount of flashing is far less and the intensity of the ones I have can now be handled with cold water on my neck and face. My life was one long hot flash before a friend recommended this, and, I, in turn, have told others about the relief. I have gone without them, and know the difference.
This new packaging and Swanson's price, make them a far better value than in the past.

Best Deal Around
This is a great product, wouldn't be without it! I am a much happier person due to Change of Life from Nature's Way. The prices at Swanson cannot be beat, I can purchase 3 bottles for the price I pay locally.
