Potential help almost available Astragalus is a well-known herb often combined with Echinacea to enhance winter health. I thought I’d like to try it. When I opened the ordered bottle I was disappointed to discover that the capsule is too large for me to swallow comfortably. Also the three capsules twice a day is a bit much for me. Now I am wondering if there is a way to use the capsules profitably instead of just allowing them to age in my cupboard February 24, 2013
