Good product. Good price. What else can you say about a multi-vitamin? You're not going to turn into Wonder Woman with these, or any other vitamin. Upset stomach I literally cannot stomach these vitamins. I have taken these for a little over a weak now and they make me feel nauseated every time. And the claim that they boost energy? Not one bit that I've noticed. December 10, 2012

I love this! I've taken different multivitamin/multimineral before and this one beats all! I love the fact that it has servings of fruits and veggies in it along with being a multimineral. Makes a real difference! I have long struggled with afternoon fatigue. I would have to take a nap and even then I would have a hard time rousing from that. At night though, I wouldn't be tired so I'd stay up late and the whole cycle would start again. The very first day I took this vitamin I noticed a change. I have energy and focus throughout the day. A bit large... I was surprised at the size, since i have trouble swallowing I was a bit apprehensive about taking this. But managed to get it down without trouble. My nails are growing, my skin has a glow to it, and my hair is also growing. I feel better for the most part and am able to fill in the gaps where my strange diet habits fall short. I did not get the over stimulated energy some supplements have, which is a very good thing because I am very sensitive to that sort of thing. I will be purchasing more of this product and getting a similar one for my hubby and kids. May 30, 2011
