No upset tummy I really like this vitamin because I have no upset tummy or burping after taking it. I have no problem with the smell or taste. It is large, but no problem for me to swallow. It provides good levels of vitamins but I do add supplements of vitamin C, magnesium and calcium. Great for a one a day! April 17, 2013

Look at these Are you kidding, did you read the ingredients?? Things I have to buy separately like my biotin and my B-12 etc. usually there is about 5% of daily need in a vitamin but it's 100% or higher , with these daily vitamins. What a blend! I love that this formula has so many natural blends of ingredients. Not only do I believe they help to keep me well, but they are gentle on the system. The reason I say that is because my friend usually cannot take vitamins as they upset her stomach. Energy! Where Have You Been All My Life! I'm 1/2 way through my first bottle and the energy I feel is great; not the nervous type. I excersise more and have more desire to do things.
