Nutritious and Convenient I've been using Spiru-Tein Energy meals for six months. Spiru-Tein provides me with the vitamins and other nutrients as I diet. And it takes very little time to mix up a Spiru-Tein shake. Talk about convenience! There's no excuse for unhealthy eating now! May 31, 2013

A great Protein Shake This is a great tasting protein supplement that I have been using for years. It is very smooth when combined with milk or soy milk, and doesn't have the gritty taste some of the other protein supplements do. I use it with some yogurt, fresh berries, bananas, & 1 T. flax seed oil. Very filling! October 10, 2012

Yummy It is a great tasting shake. However, if you add too much, it might not be as tasty and might be too thick. So I recommend adding little by little. August 29, 2012

Instant Protein I have been using Spiru-Tein Energy Meal for about two years. Its been great and I have a lot of energy. Just recently found out Swanson sells it. I take it a lot of times if I don't have time to prepare a meal or I take it to work and use it for a meal at work. It has all the vitamins and it doesn't taste bad either.
