Great mulit-vitamin I alternate between this product and swanson Whole Food multi. I drink this when I want to augment a meal and need a good pick me up. Been buying it for YEARS>>>> November 3, 2012
unexpectedly good! all I can say is that this stuff is "strangely wonderful!" When you first blend it up, it's a very eerie shade of green on account of the spirulina in it. So here you are, staring at this strange green stuff in a glass... but once you taste it, you realize, WOW, the way they describe the stuff is surprisingly accurate despite it's look! It DOES have a granola flavor! It's a nice change of pace for me because I tend to indulge in the fruity and sweeter flavors of shakes offered by this company. This is just a nice, mellow flavor. Very good! I added some oats to it as well to make it more filling. Very truthfully: it's unexpectedly good! November 1, 2009
