EFFECTIVE FOR ME I have found this to be an effective part of my daily nutritional program to maintain my cardiovascular health. I also take Swanson's Hawthorn BERRIES and Garlic supplements. I am careful to monitor changes as a result of using individual supplements, so I can tell what works for me, and what doesn't. This brand has 20% forskolin, and has worked best for me. July 16, 2012

Didn't work for me I took this product along with L-Carnitine, Raspberry ketones and Saffron Extract and it didn't work for me - I actually gained 3 lbs(bummer). Back to the drawing board. June 13, 2012
