Excellent Buy I have never had so much energy since I was much younger. I don't know whether It's the green tea or the other excellent vitamins and supplements I am taking. I would like the green tea to just be 1tablet a day or at the most 1tablet twice daily. I do not take the suggested dosage of 3 tablets twice daily. Less dosage is working just fine.
