It Cleanses My sister gave me 10 caps. to try out this product. I was surprised at it's effectiveness. Usually within 6- 8 hours depending on your bodies metabolism (you got to go). It's amazing this one pill has you going to the bathroom, quite well I might add. To get that kind of movement normally you have to take 5/ 6 pills from a colon cleanse kit. I just ordered my own bottle. If you're taking anykind of fiber supplements it will prove to be that much more effective as a cleanse. It also stipulate not to use over 11 days maybe due to it becoming habit forming. Take a break and start back again. May 1, 2009
