INGREDIENTS: Farro Wheat.
ALLERGY INFORMATION: Farro is a wheat product. Also this product is packaged in a facility that also packages peanut and other tree nut products.
INSTRUCTONS: Farro is easy to prepare and cooks relatively quickly. First rinse the grains, and then place 1 cup of grain with at least 3 cups of water. Bring to a low boil for 15 minutes or until "al dente" or chewy. Some people like to add a touch of salt while cooking.
