Stove Top Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a medium size saucepan add 1.5 cups of water and the quinoa from the pouch. Bring to a vigorous boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
  2. Add contents of the vegetable and seasoning packet and stir well.
  3. Cook until quinoa is tender and the white spiral threads appear around each grain, usually when all the water is absorbed. Cooks in 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and serve.

Incorporate as a side dish, the foundation for a main course, or even as a quick nutritious snack.
