Stove Top Cooking Instructions:
- In a medium size saucepan add 1.5 cups of water and the quinoa from the pouch. Bring to a vigorous boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
- Add contents of the vegetable and seasoning packet and stir well.
- Cook until quinoa is tender and the white spiral threads appear around each grain, usually when all the water is absorbed. Cooks in 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and serve.
Incorporate as a side dish, the foundation for a main course, or even as a quick nutritious snack.
