Nature's Answer Sambucus Spray is a super concentrated, alcohol-free extract spray. This spray combines the immune supporting herbs sambucus (black elderberry), Echinacea, propolis and astragalus with the soothing essence of sage and slippery elm in a convenient spray.

Suggested Use: Shake well, Spray 1-2 times directly to the back of the throat as needed. This product can be used in conjunction with other Sambucus products from Nature's Answer.
