Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take one (1) capsule twice a day, preferably with food or water.
WARNING: Not for use by persons under the age of 20. Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating as using this product may cause reproductive harm. Do not use if you have, or have a history of liver disease or other serious health conditions. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use, as Red Yeast Rice may inhibit HMG-CoA. Therefore, it is advisable that persons using this product supplement their diet with 30-60 mg of CoEnzyme Q10 daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
