I love it! It works better than any deodorant I've ever used!

finally a good deodorant!
I had been looking in stores for a good plain deodorant. I found many many antiperspirants and a small selection of plain deodorants. I found this crystal deodorant in this site, tried it and found it to work very well. It lasts the whole day, even when I'm really sweating due to work or play. I must apply it every day, as it doesn't work that well the following day.

Excellent value, and works just as well as any of these "rock" products. As for 2 of the other reviews, there aren't any of these products that can be used dry; they ALL have to be used wet. If they weren't wet, nothing would allow the minerals to be able to be rubbed off the stick onto your skin. Also, they all seem to have the mineral salts (alum) as the main ingredient; I have not run across any yet that did not have this in them. There is debate on this type of product so I don't know for sure about the alum, but it's still a fact that it's a healthier choice than regular antiperspirant/deodorant products from the regular stores. This works best if you dampen your underarms with a little water before applying (you don't have to apply the water directly to the crystal) and then just rub the crystal around your underarm area for a while (like at least 20 seconds per area). If you don't rub it around enough, not enough mineral salts will be deposited onto your skin to give you maximum protection. Make sure to dry the crystal off on a towel after each and every use to avoid a bad smell on the crystal. If you don't do this and get a bad smell, simply rinse the crystal under running water and then dry it off.

THis product lies too. Says "No harmful aluminums". But it contains! People should do research before using crystals with alums.

I do not like antiperspirants and have always used deodorants only. This crystal works extremely well for me and I can recommend this product. The fact that it has to be used wet is a bit of a drawback (hence only 4 leaves for convenience) but a small price to pay for a product that does the job and lasts forever.
