Other Ingredients: Chamomile powder, GABA (gamma amino butyric acid), DMAE bitartrate, capsule (gelatin, glycerin, and titanium dioxide), 5-hydroxytryptophan, l-theanine, l-tyrosine, magnesium amino acid chelate, magnesium stearate, motherwort, silica, vitamin B-1 (as thiamine HCl), vitamin B-2 (as riboflavin), vitamin B-3 (niacin as niacinamide), vitamin B-5 (pantothenic acid as D-cal pantothenate, vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B-12 (as pure cyanocobalamin).
Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older. Use at first sign or symptoms, 2 capsules every 6-8 hours as needed. For children under 12 consult a physician before use.
